About The Position

Parsons is seeking a project manager to lead enterprise software implementation and technology transformation projects across a client organization, initially focused on implementing a Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The role manages the full project lifecycle, including planning, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, system implementation, data migration, testing, training, organizational change management, deployment, and post-implementation support. The project manager works with business stakeholders, Information Technology, vendors, consultants, and executive leadership to deliver solutions that improve operational efficiency, data quality, user experience, and business performance. The position is client-facing and does not support development or implementation of Parsons’ internal IT systems. While the initial assignment is the HRIS implementation, the role may lead additional enterprise software and business transformation projects as organizational priorities evolve. It is part of Parsons’ Critical Infrastructure team, which plans, designs, builds, and modernizes infrastructure, with a focus on improving communities, mobility, sustainability, and resiliency.
