About The Position
The IT Project Manager supports the U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) and reports to the HCM / HRIS System Lead. The position is mostly remote, with occasional onsite support in Washington, D.C. It is for a proposal and is pending funding/award. The role leads technical delivery activities for the migration to Oracle Cloud HCM, including integrations, testing, and deployment coordination.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- At least 5 years of IT project management experience.
- Experience leading enterprise system implementations.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM or SaaS ERP implementations.
- PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) Foundations or Architect Associate certification.
Responsibilities
- Manage technical workstreams supporting Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
- Oversee integration of Oracle HCM with external systems, including payroll, identity, and finance.
- Coordinate system testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and cutover.
- Track technical risks, issues, and dependencies tied to the migration.
- Manage vendor and integrator coordination.
