About The Position

The IT Project Manager works with stakeholders across Engineering, Development, DevOps, Production Support, the PMO, and program leadership, as well as external groups including FDAS, Green Pier Ops, and FSC. The role contributes to sustaining an innovative agile culture and is encouraged to develop a strong understanding of system components, schedules, timelines, best practices, and processes. It also has a direct, positive impact on Green Meadows’s customers.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in program or project management in the financial services industry.
• Experience working in internal or external cloud and hybrid environments.
• Ability to understand the business criticality of applications as they relate to complex business processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work independently as well as within a team.
• Demonstrated technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Customer focus and dedication to customer satisfaction.
• MSCE or A+ certification is required; MSCE is preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in web/cloud project planning and roadmaps.
• Working knowledge of basic investment terms and practices.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework and/or Agile Project Management.
• Financial systems knowledge.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and AHA!.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science is preferred.
• Project management credential (PMP) preferred.
• AWS certifications preferred, such as AWS SysOps or DevOps.
