About The Position

Unifi is seeking an IT Project Manager to join its technology team. The role supports the company’s overall strategy and works closely with the project management team and stakeholders. The ideal candidate is passionate about Agile/Scrum practices, enjoys challenging projects, and is driven to improve technology, tools, and processes. The position focuses on delivering projects and continuously improving delivery through feedback and metrics, while maintaining customer focus, integrity, and transparency.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience as a technical project manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience using leading Scrum/Agile tools.
• Experience managing, tracking, and advising on project budgets in alignment with scope.
• Understanding of project management and development processes, strategies, and methods.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong sense of personal accountability.
• Experience working collaboratively and promoting teamwork.
• Demonstrated critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to anticipate challenges and proactively address obstacles.

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification.
• Experience setting up project management tools such as ServiceNow SPM and Smartsheet.
• Experience using collaboration practices and tools such as MS Teams and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Drive delivery and continuous improvement by using feedback and metrics to identify opportunities.
• Manage interdependencies between agile teams.
• Maintain a high level of customer focus centered on integrity and transparency.
• Foster cooperation among team members and encourage cross-training and team support.
• Create and manage tactical project plans covering work scope, schedules, and resources.
• Perform reporting, data analytics, and documentation.
• Lead and schedule meetings, prepare agendas, and develop and maintain project budgets and timelines as needed for each project and phase.
• Ensure project objectives and client needs are met, and prepare and coordinate project reports.
• Identify complex project risks, lead constructability reviews, develop mitigation and contingency plans, and implement actions to reduce or eliminate risks.
