About The Position

Spring Education Group is seeking an IT Project Manager to lead technology projects from planning through go-live and handoff to IT operations. The role manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, resources, and stakeholder communication for acquisition integrations, data migrations, platform rollouts, and infrastructure upgrades across the organization’s schools and brands. The project manager works with IT operations, shared services, academic and school leadership, and external vendors to deliver reliable systems supporting students, families, and employees. The role adapts project management methods to each initiative, incorporates privacy and security requirements into plans, and prepares school and business teams for changes. The position oversees projects across portfolio coordination, acquisition integration and data migration, technology platforms and infrastructure, compliance and change governance, stakeholder and vendor management, and service desk readiness and improvement. It also coordinates travel, which is expected to be infrequent and may reach 10%, and occasional evening or weekend work for emergencies, system cutovers, and maintenance windows. The role requires frequent walking, standing, sitting, squatting, stooping, reaching, kneeling, rising from the floor, twisting, listening, reading, writing, and speaking English. It often requires carrying, lifting, repetitive or fine hand movements, and occasionally pushing, pulling, or bending. Regular hearing and clear vision, with or without correction, are also required. Reasonable accommodations may be made for qualified individuals with disabilities.
