About The Position

The ideal candidate will manage cross-functional teams, drive Agile project execution, coordinate technical and business stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• 10+ years of IT Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading enterprise technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of complex IT projects from planning through implementation.
• Define project scope, objectives, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and resource requirements.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and project reviews.
• Collaborate with business, product, and technical teams to prioritize work and manage project execution.
• Track project status, budgets, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
• Identify project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder communications.
• Provide executive-level project reporting and ensure successful project delivery.
• Promote project management best practices and continuous process improvement.
