About The Position

Trissential is hiring an IT Project Manager – End User Lifecycle to join their client’s team. This role is for an experienced IT Project Manager who excels at driving structure, accountability, and delivery in complex environments. The position involves leading a high-visibility enterprise initiative focused on the forecasting, procurement, and delivery of end-user devices. It is ideal for a hands-on PM who enjoys cross-functional collaboration, vendor management, and owning delivery from planning through execution. The Project Manager will serve as the lead for the End User Lifecycle Project, taking ownership of forecasting, purchasing coordination, and delivery of end-user devices across the entire enterprise.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on IT Project Management experience
  • Strong understanding of core project management methodologies and PMO processes
  • Proven experience with financial tracking, forecasting, and budget management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and documentation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting End User Services or device lifecycle initiatives
  • Vendor management experience within enterprise IT environments
  • Exposure to large, matrixed organizations with multiple IT teams
  • Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, or similar) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Project Manager for the End User Lifecycle Project
  • Own forecasting, purchasing coordination, and delivery of end-user devices across the enterprise
  • Manage and maintain all PMO documentation, processes, and reporting standards
  • Develop and track project plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers
  • Facilitate project meetings, stakeholder updates, and executive-level communications
  • Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery
  • Monitor project progress, manage dependencies, and proactively resolve issues
  • Ensure financial tracking, forecasting accuracy, and vendor performance management
