About The Position

Seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead cybersecurity coordination and execution within a large, complex enterprise data platform migration. This role sits at the intersection of Cybersecurity, Engineering, Architecture, Data/Platform Engineering, Infrastructure, and Product. The TPM will connect teams with different priorities, roadmaps, and ownership boundaries to ensure cybersecurity requirements, technical dependencies, and critical-path activities are identified, sequenced, assigned, and delivered. This is a hands-on technical project leadership role, not a PMO or status-reporting position.

Requirements

10+ years of Technical Project and Program Management or equivalent technical program leadership experience, preferably in large enterprise environments.
Proven experience leading complex, cross-functional technology programs involving multiple engineering and cybersecurity teams.
Strong working knowledge of cybersecurity concepts, domains, and controls.
Experience working across security areas such as: Identity & Access Management (IAM), Data Security, Network Security, Cloud Security, Application & Platform Security, Vulnerability Management, Logging & Monitoring, Security Architecture.
Strong technical dependency, integration, sequencing, critical-path, risk, and blocker management skills.
Ability to understand architecture and engineering discussions well enough to identify dependencies, challenge assumptions, surface gaps, and recognize delivery risks.
Strong executive communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical issues into clear risks, decisions, actions, and outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively across complex organizational structures and competing priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cybersecurity program coordination for the enterprise data platform migration.
Build and maintain an integrated view of security requirements, dependencies, milestones, ownership, sequencing, risks, and critical-path activities.
Identify technical and security dependencies early and drive clear ownership, timelines, and resolution plans.
Coordinate across Cybersecurity, Architecture, Engineering, Data/Platform, Infrastructure, Product, and other enterprise teams.
Facilitate technical discussions involving security architecture, integration, dependencies, sequencing, and ownership.
Identify gaps, conflicting assumptions, unresolved decisions, risks, and blockers before they impact migration milestones.
Drive cross-functional teams toward decisions and resolution when accountability spans organizational boundaries.
Track critical dependencies, blockers, risks, decisions, milestones, and overall program health.
Provide concise executive communication focused on delivery, risks, dependencies, decisions, and required actions rather than activity-based status reporting.
Continuously follow through to ensure critical cybersecurity and technical work is completed and aligned with migration objectives.
