About The Position

9th Way Insignia is seeking a Cybersecurity Project Manager to support the Department of Veterans Affairs Cybersecurity Operations and Services Enterprise (COSE) program. The COSE program delivers enterprise cybersecurity operations, engineering, architecture, risk, and compliance support to safeguard VA systems, data, and mission delivery, strengthening the cyber resilience of digital services for Veterans, their families, and the VA workforce. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, information systems, cybersecurity, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
Seven or more years of project control, project management, program operations, or delivery coordination experience.
Experience supporting cybersecurity, IT modernization, cloud, or systems-engineering delivery efforts.
Ability to manage schedules, risks, dependencies, and reporting in a complex, multi-team environment.
Strong organization, written communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

Maintain integrated work plans, delivery schedules, milestones, dependencies, risks, and action items for cybersecurity workstreams.
Track staffing, labor utilization, deliverable status, and performance measures; prepare concise status reports for program leadership.
Coordinate meetings, capture decisions, manage follow-up actions, and keep project records current.
Support change control, release readiness, issue escalation, and stakeholder communications.
Work with technical leads to translate delivery priorities into executable project plans.
