About The Position

This role involves working on complex issues that require in-depth evaluation of variable factors, exercising judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria to obtain results. The individual will proactively solve complex problems, applying professional concepts and company objectives to resolve issues creatively and effectively. Responsibilities include initiating cross-functional process improvements and cost management activities, leading complex global and/or cross-functional projects, and coordinating other personnel. The position requires networking with key contacts outside one's own area of expertise, providing specialized guidance, and leading interactions with internal and external customers and suppliers to influence decision-making. The role also involves presenting information and decision drafts to senior executives and networking globally within and across functions. A key aspect is acting as a liaison between the IT development group and business units for new system development and existing system enhancements, evaluating new applications, identifying system requirements, and recommending appropriate IT alternatives. The manager will also prepare communications and presentations on system enhancements. This position supervises 4 subordinates and 2 contractors at various levels including Senior Scrum Master, Scrum Master, IT Project Management Analyst, Lead IT Business Analyst, and Project Coordinator. Requirements

  • Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Supply Chain and Logistics Technology, or closely related field of study
  • 2 years of post-baccalaureate experience in job offered, or any Quality Control related job titles
  • 2 years of experience in: Managing process improvements
  • 2 years of experience in: Manipulating and analyzing large data sets in Microsoft Excel including pivot tables, look up functions and advanced formulas
  • 2 years of experience in: Managing, updating, maintaining large datasets to carry out analyses and to identify the key takeaways
  • 2 years of experience in: Working with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to solicit strategic business insights
  • 2 years of experience in: Quality Assurance process knowledge regarding QA standards, compliance, and continuous improvement
  • 2 years of experience in: Quality Assurance tools, systems, and testing methodologies with Tricentis qTest and Microsoft Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • 2 years of experience in: Budget management and oversight of Quality Assurance-related spend and resource allocation
