Requirements

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting projects utilizing Microsoft 365 technologies, including: SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, Planner, OneNote, OneDrive, Microsoft Project, etc.
  • Experience utilizing ServiceNow.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field preferred; or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
  • PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and guidance to cross-functional teams of business and IT professionals responsible for planning and implementing small to medium-sized projects.
  • Serve as a key contributor on larger, more complex initiatives under the direction of a Senior Project Manager or Program Manager.
  • Ensure project objectives, scope, timelines, and responsibilities are clearly defined, communicated, and executed successfully.
  • Gather, analyze, and translate business and project requirements into actionable plans.
  • Assist in defining project objectives, key performance indicators (KPIs), scope, schedule, budget, quality standards, and resource requirements.
  • Identify project risks and issues, facilitate reviews, and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Coordinate cross-functional project activities to ensure successful delivery within scope, schedule, cost, and quality expectations.
  • Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates, including communication of risks, issues, changes, and accomplishments to stakeholders.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project teams, customers, stakeholders, and management, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Support project budget forecasting and financial tracking, including invoice review and payment processing through Coupa.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Prepare and participate in project meetings, planning sessions, and communication forums to drive collaboration and decision-making.
  • Resolve project-related conflicts and support organizational change management efforts when needed.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to streamline processes, reduce costs, and eliminate non-value-added activities.
  • Maintain knowledge sharing across teams and Jabil facilities to promote best practices and operational consistency.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, security requirements, and Health, Safety, and Quality standards.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive business, customer, and IT information.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
