Requirements
- Diploma or post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Systems, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of IT support or help desk experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows, and Microsoft Entra ID environments.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals and endpoint management.
- Microsoft certifications are considered an asset.
- Interest in cybersecurity, automation, AI technologies, and continuous learning.
- Strong troubleshooting, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities
- Provide first-level technical support to users in person, by phone, email, and through the ticketing system.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, Microsoft 365, and network-related issues.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain Windows and macOS devices.
- Support user account administration through Microsoft Entra ID and Microsoft Intune.
- Assist with endpoint management, software deployments, updates, and device compliance.
- Support cybersecurity initiatives, including phishing response, endpoint protection, and security monitoring.
- Maintain IT asset inventory, documentation, and ticket records.
- Assist with networking, meeting room technology, printers, and mobile devices.
- Participate in IT projects involving automation, AI tools, reporting, and infrastructure improvements.
- Occasionally travel to project sites or satellite offices to provide technical support.
