Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse stakeholders including clear structure and main point communication.
  • Has the ability to bridge the gap between vague and abstract ideas and produce clear, concise documentation and verbal explanations for any business need.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple IT initiatives simultaneously.
  • Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
  • Experience using computer software such as Outlook, Excel, Word etc.
  • Organizational Skills – Prioritizing tasks, managing timelines, and meeting deadlines
  • Adaptability – Adjusting to changing requirements and priorities

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency with project management tools such as; Monday.com, Microsoft Project, and SharePoint.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting – Using Excel, SQL, or BI tools to analyze project data and produce reports.
  • Documentation & Compliance – Creating and maintaining project documents, meeting regulatory standards
  • Problem‑Solving – Resolving issues quickly and effectively

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate day-to-day project activities, schedule meetings, track action items, and maintain project plans.
  • Facilitate communication between technical teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment and timely updates.
  • Maintain project documentation, including meeting notes, risk registers, change requests, and status reports. Prepare dashboards and executive updates.
  • Coordinate testing activities, deployment schedules, training, and go-live support.
  • Review project boards for new tasks, update risk registers, draft weekly status reports, prepare agendas for testing or UAT sessions, and ensure all stakeholders are informed of project progress.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
