About The Position

Kwik Trip is seeking an organized and detail-oriented ITRS Project Coordinator 1 to support field service operations, project coordination, and scheduling activities. In this role, you will help ensure successful execution of technology-related field projects by managing technician schedules, tracking project progress, maintaining documentation, and coordinating logistics across multiple teams. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing communication, organization, and operational support.

Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain field technician routes and schedules using geographic and scheduling tools.
  • Coordinate technician assignments based on skills, equipment requirements, and business priorities.
  • Communicate schedules, route updates, and operational changes to field technicians and internal stakeholders.
  • Update and distribute field scheduling summaries and project status information.
  • Initiate and manage workflow activities within field service management systems.
  • Maintain project tracking tools and documentation for planned and completed work.
  • Review and update project tasks, work orders, and case records to ensure accurate reporting and documentation.
  • Monitor project and workflow statuses to ensure tasks move through completion successfully.
  • Create and maintain detailed task notes and supporting documentation for stores and technicians.
  • Support field operations by creating work orders and coordinating project-related activities.
  • Manage equipment and parts requirements while coordinating inventory and resource requests.
  • Assist with store openings, remodels, and technology deployment projects by coordinating resources and supporting execution efforts.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to help ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.
