About The Position

The Apprenticeship Program offers insight and hands-on experience across all areas and levels of the bank. In this unique opportunity it will allow you to explore the full range of careers in banking while developing skills in technology and project delivery. As an apprentice, you will follow a structured pathway toward a rewarding future in Information Technology, gaining exposure to project coordination, stakeholder communication, documentation, planning, and operational support. You will discover how technology initiatives support the bank's strategic objectives while building professional skills for long-term success. Throughout the comprehensive two-year apprenticeship, you will be exposed to real-world technology projects and experiences. As you progress, you will build an in-depth understanding of project coordination concepts and practical experience in areas such as: Project coordination and planning, Meeting and stakeholder support, Documentation and reporting, Risk tracking and process improvement, Professional development and technology skills. This program is designed to prepare you for a career path within Information Technology, equipping you with the knowledge, skills, and real-world experience needed for long-term success in technology and financial services.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled high school student with active participation in the TechIndiana Apprenticeship Program through INCAP
  • Demonstrates strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Interested in technology, project planning, and how technical solutions are developed and delivered.
  • Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Demonstrates initiative and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in utilizing technology.
  • Exhibits attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.
  • Enjoys collaborating with others and working in a team environment.
