About The Position

As an IT Project Analyst, you will support internal teams by solving problems, improving systems, and helping them work more effectively with the technology they rely on every day. This role is ideal for someone who is early in their IT career and wants to gain hands-on experience working alongside experienced IT and operational teams in a fast-paced manufacturing and technology environment. The IT Project Analyst will report to the IT leadership team and work closely with departments across the organization to support operational improvements, user adoption, and technology-related initiatives.

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in Information Technology, Computer Systems, Networking, or a related field is considered an asset.
  • Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in technical support, customer service, help desk, or IT environments is considered an asset.
  • Experience with system implementations, migrations, integrations, or enterprise software deployments.
  • Familiarity with Linux, virtualization, networking, cybersecurity, or business systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through complex technical challenges.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical team members.
  • Flexibility to adapt and pivot based on operational needs.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks as required, including lifting, standing, sitting, and bending.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with IT projects from planning through implementation, documentation, training, and post-deployment support.
  • Research, evaluate, and recommend technology solutions that align with organizational goals and operational requirements.
  • Support system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and process improvement initiatives.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, deployment strategies, and implementation documentation.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, system configurations, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base materials.
  • Develop and deliver user training materials and end-user training sessions to support organization-wide adoption.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support IT initiatives through implementation coordination, issue tracking, testing activities, documentation updates, and cross-functional follow-up as part of the IT team.
