Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
2–4 years of experience in IT, PMO, project coordination, or financial analysis roles
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Strong accounting and financial management skills
Working knowledge of project management methodologies
Familiarity with Smartsheet
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

Experience supporting a PMO or portfolio management function
Experience in regulated environments
Smartsheet user or administration experience

Responsibilities

Project Financial Management & Reporting: Support project financial planning, tracking, forecasting, variance analysis and portfolio financial reporting.
Resource Time Tracking & Capacity Support: Support resource time tracking processes, utilization reporting, and data accuracy audits.
PMO Operations & Governance: Prepare PMO meeting materials, maintain action logs, and support portfolio governance activities.
Process Compliance & Audits: Audit project artifacts and data for PMO compliance and support audit readiness activities.
Templates & Continuous Improvement: Maintain and improve PMO templates, tools, and standards.
Smartsheet Administration: Serve as PMO Smartsheet Administrator, supporting project setup, templates, dashboards, and portfolio reporting.
