About The Position

The IT Programmer Analyst performs analysis of data and business processes supporting CRM/Salesforce operations and directives for the Division of Enrollment. The role designs and develops system procedures for existing and proposed technology solutions, and supports student administration operations and data within and outside Enrollment Systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with coursework in computing or information systems and three years of progressively responsible computer programming and analysis experience, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Intermediate knowledge of electronic data processing methods and equipment, including system analysis and design and computer programming techniques.
• Strong skill in writing programs for computer applications.
• Strong skill in analyzing and solving complex data processing and computing problems.
• Ability to coordinate a work team and train lower-level programmers and analysts for specific tasks or assignments.
• Ability to communicate technical and other information to a variety of stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct application system testing and validation procedures, programming, and documentation.
• Analyze data and business processes supporting CRM/Salesforce operations and Division of Enrollment directives.
• Design and develop system procedures for existing and proposed technology solutions.
• Analyze production problems involving complex situations and propose solutions, including detailed plans, diagrams, coding, and testing.
• Serve as a resource for resolving complex problems and issues involving student administration operations and data, both internal and external to Enrollment Systems.
• Confer with technical teams to design solutions and obtain information about project limitations and capabilities, performance requirements, and interfaces.
