About The Position
The IT Program Manager will lead large-scale software delivery programs, with a focus on mobile application development supporting iOS and/or Android teams. The role requires deep experience with SAFe Agile practices, including PI Planning, dependency management, and Agile delivery. The manager will coach teams and stakeholders on Agile methodologies and promote collaboration, transparency, continual improvement, and a strong team environment. This is a hybrid, 12+ month contract with a high possibility of extension or conversion. The role may involve leading distributed and offshore teams and driving Agile adoption across a cross-functional organization.
Requirements
- 9+ years of relevant work experience in an Agile environment.
- Strong program management experience leading large-scale software delivery programs.
- Deep SAFe Agile experience, including PI Planning, dependency management, and Agile delivery practices.
- Mobile application delivery experience supporting iOS and/or Android development teams.
- Experience coaching Agile methodologies to teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of servant leadership, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency.
- Proven ability to promote a team environment and collaborate cross-functionally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.

- Experience with Clienture DevOps (ADO), Jira, Confluence, and Aha!.
- Experience leading distributed global teams.
