Requirements

Active TS/SCI with Full Scope Polygraph
Experience leading an Agile development team.
Experience working with senior level customers for status updates and prioritization.
Knowledge and experience with using Jira for managing backlogs, portfolios, products, and sprints.
Experience putting together sprint plans.
Experience putting together weekly reports.
Ability to monitor the progress of multiple concurrent and highly visible projects and requirements with the ability to recommend or take required corrective actions; to perform risk identification and management; and to communicate effectively with the customer, stakeholder, and project team.
Communication skills and ability to articulate complex resource and technical issues to a range of audiences.
Knowledge and experience with leading and managing enterprise level projects that have a multi-disciplinary cross-organizational project team from start to end using the Sponsor’s Project Management Framework (PMF) and Agile Project Management methodology.
Knowledge and experience with managing multiple concurrent projects, short deadlines, and competing priorities.
Knowledge and experience identifying programmatic challenges, risks, and constraints coupled with a strong ability to convey well-thought mitigation strategies.
Knowledge and experience managing a project through the accreditation process using ICD-503 and receive ATO (Authority to Operate).

Nice To Haves

Working with the Sponsor’s Lean Agile methodology.
Managing top line charts, sprint burn-up charts and sprint goals.
Working with Sponsor data repositories, Segmentation service, SecOps Pipeline, and Sponsor JIRA Workflow.
On-the-job ability to communicate (orally and in writing) complex technical concepts and project information, tailoring ideas, explanations, and concepts to executive and senior managers.
On-the-job knowledge of Sponsor’s enterprise technical architecture, services-oriented architectures, security requirements, and operating environments.
Broad knowledge of Sponsor’s IT components, missions, and strategies.
Familiarity with IC issues, policies, systems, and working relationships.
On-the-job ability to build and maintain constructive relationships among customers, stakeholders, technical teams, and contractors across the Sponsor and Intelligence Community (IC).
Hold the following Professional Certifications: Project Management Professional (i.e. PMI PMP), Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP).
