About The Position

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Senior Delivery Lead for an Onsite position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC or Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity. This role serves as a program delivery manager responsible for driving the successful execution of complex, enterprise-scale transformation initiatives within the Audit and Risk technology portfolio. The Senior Delivery Lead will own end-to-end program strategy, governance, and delivery across highly regulated environments, ensuring seamless coordination across technology, audit, and risk teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading large-scale technology programs, transformations, or strategic initiatives within highly regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Internal Control frameworks
  • Experience supporting regulatory, governance, and audit-driven initiatives within financial services or similarly regulated industries
  • Strong understanding of enterprise technology delivery methodologies and software development lifecycles (Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid)
  • Experience with Agile tools such as Jira
  • Understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Responsible AI principles
  • Proven ability in program planning, dependency management, issue resolution, and critical path management

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or advanced degree
  • PMP, PgMP, SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), SAFe Lean Portfolio Manager (LPM), Agile, or equivalent certifications
  • Financial services industry experience
  • Familiarity with enterprise platforms, cloud technologies, AI governance frameworks, and regulatory technology solutions

Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end delivery of multi-year, multi-million-dollar programs spanning multiple workstreams and stakeholder groups
  • Establish and manage program governance, operating models, steering committees, and executive reporting structures
  • Deliver complex initiatives involving technology, risk, audit, compliance, and control functions
  • Ensure auditability, traceability, and compliance throughout the program lifecycle
  • Manage regulatory commitments, audit findings, and remediation programs
  • Translate business, audit, and risk requirements into executable technology roadmaps
  • Establish governance, controls, monitoring, and risk management practices for AI-driven capabilities
