We are seeking a motivated and curious ITIL / IT Service Management (ITSM) Intern to support our IT Tools Portfolio and Operations teams within a global organization. This role provides hands-on experience across core ITIL practices with a focus on process improvement and exposure to product management and platform capabilities. You will partner with practice owners for Change Enablement, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, and Configuration Management (CMDB).
