Requirements

  • You are a design and technology enthusiast who likes to obsess about the nuts and bolts that make a product.
  • You are a self starter that describes yourself as a tinkerer with a learning mindset.
  • Keen interest in pursuing Product Management as a career - any internships, co-ops or projects displaying this, an asset!
  • Pursuing an education in Engineering or Industrial Design.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
  • A deep interest in smart home technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the design, development and execution of our various products, including ongoing user research.
  • Work with our hardware and/or software teams to help deliver world class products.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs and pain points to help us design truly world class products.
  • Creating prototypes of varying degrees of fidelity to test and refine our product iterations.
  • Be an advocate for phenomenon user experience, frictionless design and simple hardware approaches to complex problems.
