About The Position

The IT Product Operations Manager leads execution of IT product and solution lifecycle work from approval through launch, migration, and retirement. This role is accountable for keeping cross-functional work organized, aligned, and moving to completion so solutions are ready to sell, deliver, and support at go-live. Success in this role requires strong project management, operational follow-through, and the ability to drive progress across Marketing, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, Sales, Service, and delivery teams without direct authority. The person in this role must be able to identify gaps, enforce readiness criteria, and escalate issues before launch. This role owns coordination, launch readiness, and quality of execution, supported by strong working knowledge of IT processes, systems, pricing, quoting, and operational workflows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience driving cross-functional project plans and deliverables to committed timelines.
  • Ability to work effectively in complex, matrixed environments through influence, coordination, and escalation.
  • Strong working experience with Excel-based operational tools and validating outputs.
  • Familiarity with AI tools including Microsoft Copilot and Claude.
  • Ability to drive execution across multiple functional owners through structure, follow-up, and escalation.
  • Strong project management discipline, including planning, dependency tracking, deadline management, and go-live readiness.
  • Operational judgment to identify incomplete work, misalignment, or risk before launch.
  • Clear communication, strong organization, and attention to detail.
  • Analytical thinking and flexibility in a fast-moving environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Project management or process certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional project plans for product launches, migrations, and retirements, including timelines, dependencies, risks, readiness criteria, and go/no-go checkpoints.
  • Ensure teams are ready to sell, deliver, and support solutions at go-live by coordinating training, communication, handoffs, documentation, workflows, and support expectations.
  • Confirm pricing, quoting, SKU setup, product catalog, templates, and related operational inputs are complete, accurate, and ready in partnership with Finance, Purchasing, and CPQ administration.
  • Use strong knowledge of business processes and systems to identify gaps, misalignment, incomplete work, or unclear ownership, and drive resolution through follow-up and escalation.
  • Identify repeatable work that can be automated and partner with automation teams to improve speed, consistency, and scalability.
