In addition, you will: Formulate and articulate a clear IT product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the broader business strategy. Engage in extensive industry, customer, and competitor research, conducting thorough analyses and synthesizing insights to inform strategic direction and share broadly across the organization. Navigate organizational boundaries, fosters a culture of innovation, and leverages a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s capabilities and technology to facilitate product discovery. Perform continuous evaluations to determine the evolving product's effectiveness in addressing customer needs and fulfilling business objectives, utilizing comprehensive metrics and evaluation techniques to monitor its long-term impact and success. Develop strong relationships and communicates effectively across all levels of the organization. Cultivate and nurture strong cross-departmental relationships, engaging and collaborating with stakeholders at every level of the organization to promote alignment, transparency, and advancement toward a shared vision.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years related work experience.
  • Thorough understanding of business strategy, industry trends, and customer expectations.
  • Strong technical understanding of systems, processes, and relevant technologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a demonstrated ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Superior communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentations skills required across all levels of the organization.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities and requirements.
  • Demonstrated customer-centric mindset with a deep understanding of user needs and preferences.
