Contribute: As an IT Business Analyst, you will leverage your business and technical expertise to support feature implementation that aligns with our IT product strategy. In addition, you will: Direct the effort to gather and document comprehensive business requirements and feature acceptance criteria, particularly for features involving dependencies external to your team. Lead discussions with customers to propose and implement features that are in line with the overarching product strategy, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. Demonstrate strong communication skills through clear and concise written communication and engaging presentations, facilitating effective dissemination of information across stakeholders. Identify and proactively addresses change management requirements in collaboration with business partners, ensuring smooth transitions during project implementation. Uphold quality standards by adhering to established testing best practices and expectations while identifying gaps and implementing modifications that drive continuous quality improvement.

Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Degree in Information Systems, Business Analysis or related discipline preferred.
  • Bachelor Degree preferred.
  • 2 years of related work experience preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully manage product requirements throughout the development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated understanding of business process, insurance products, and customer needs preferred.
  • Proven ability to cultivate respectful relationships with business partners and team members.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
