About The Position
Odyssey Reinsurance Company (OdysseyRe) is seeking a highly motivated, early-career Procurement Analyst to support its Procurement function. This role will focus on systems administration, project execution, reporting, and contractor management. It offers the opportunity to build foundational procurement, analytical, and operational expertise, with exposure to contracting and vendor management responsibilities. Requirements
- Strong Excel proficiency

- High attention to detail
- Ability to work onsite full-time in Stamford, CT
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or relevant field
- 0–3 years of relevant experience

- Exposure to procurement or contracting environments
- Familiarity with procurement or contract management systems
Responsibilities
- Support administration of procurement systems (intake, sourcing, contract tools)
- Maintain system data integrity and support enhancements
- Support procurement initiatives and track milestones
- Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics
- Assist with vendor onboarding and sourcing activities
- Support stakeholder requests and procurement workflows
- Support review and processing of contracts below the approved threshold
- Maintain contract documentation and reporting
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and business stakeholders on contract execution
