About The Position

The Corporate IT Compliance Department is seeking an IT Policy Analyst to join the FNF team in the Jacksonville, FL office. The IT Policy Analyst will serve as a contributor to the administration and maintenance of the Corporation’s Technology and Security Policy Governance Program, while also supporting compliance with these policies and related laws and regulations. This role will be primarily responsible for analyzing, and organizing Information Technology, and Information Security compliance requirements within the Corporate Information Technology and Information Security Governance Documents.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technology-related field (or relative experience).
  • Ability to actively listen, lead meetings, and mediate conversations across various department stakeholders.
  • Self-starter with a proven track record of execution and results demonstrating the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • An ability to produce quality deliverables and meet defined deadlines.
  • Competent with the creation of professional presentations and status reports.
  • A general understanding of Policies, Risks, Processes, Controls and the ability to converse at a technical level.
  • Competent with Microsoft software products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Co-Pilot).

  • Ability to effectively utilize authoritative sources, generative AI, or other similar tools to conduct professional, vetted, and ethical research.
  • Experience operating as an Analyst, Project Coordinator, or a similar role facilitating stakeholder communication, completing professional writing, editing, and analyzing large data sets.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule, coordinate, and lead IT policy review meetings with applicable stakeholders.
  • Support the internal document management system by completing user acceptance testing, maintaining system records, and tracking system workflows.
  • Track and gather all required approvals needed for the publication of IT Governance Documents.
  • Write, edit, and distribute policy change bulletins following the established enterprise communication process.
  • Review policy change requests to modify existing IT and ISO Governance Documents and support the policy change control process.
  • Analyze compliance requirements, gaps in requirements, duplications, and perform general quality assurance across the corpus of technology and security policy requirements.
  • Study and remain up to date on various authoritative security and compliance frameworks such as: NIST, NYDFS, TSC, ITIL.
  • Support complementary IT governance, risk, and compliance initiatives.
  • Produce compliance reports, status reports, and other compliance related KPIs as needed, and present analysis to IT Compliance Management.
