As our PC Support Specialist, you will provide first level support for the routine operation of our practice management system hardware, basic user operational problems, and support for our personal computer supply, network, and internet access users. You will work within our ticket and troubleshooting practices, using your customer service experience to maintain the smooth functioning of the IT Department and our responsiveness to the IT needs of the organization. You will provide level one tech support for end users from tickets or tech help line phone calls. Do you have experience troubleshooting hardware or basic computer operating problems with users? Have you been exposed to resolving computer peripherals, network, internet, and practice management system’s use? Have you managed computer and technology inventory that is organized and easy to use?
