This role will lead IT service management for radiology operations, ensuring reliable performance of integrations between hospitals, imaging centers, and remote reading environments to support patient care. The IT Optimization Manager will serve as the primary technical partner for practice directors, clients, and radiologists by building relationships, troubleshooting complex issues, and managing escalations through resolution. Key responsibilities include analyzing system performance, maintaining practice databases, identifying recurring issues, and providing data-driven reporting, root cause analysis, and performance insights. The role also drives continuous improvement through workflow optimization, performance improvement plans, system upgrades, equipment deployments, onboarding activities, and collaboration with IT and innovation teams. Additionally, the IT Optimization Manager will support and train end users on radiology reading stations, represent IT in client meetings and reviews, and travel up to 75% to support operational and technical needs.
