About The Position

This is an on-site IT Operator position focused on Desktop Support. The role requires excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a team-first attitude, and adaptability to a fast-paced environment. The operator will be responsible for troubleshooting technical issues, supporting users, and managing desktop imaging technologies.
