About The Position

The IT Operations Technician provides user provisioning and access administration support alongside frontline and escalated IT technical support for internal users. This role is a blend of user provisioning and access administration (approximately 30%) and IT Operations Technical Support (approximately 70%). The ideal candidate is a technically curious problem-solver with a strong customer-service mindset, experience supporting Windows-based environments, and exposure to identity and access platforms such as Okta, Epic, and Athena. This role includes manual provisioning of accounts for multiple health plans, requiring accuracy, attention to detail, and familiarity with healthcare access workflows. The successful candidate will demonstrate an interest in automation, with some experience using PowerShell or a strong desire to learn and automate repetitive tasks. This position is a hybrid opportunity in the Bay Area.
