About The Position

LedgerGurus is looking to hire a part-time remote IT Operations Specialist. This position combines client onboarding, account access management, technical support, and process improvement. You'll work directly with clients to gain access to financial, eCommerce, banking, and business systems, helping our accounting teams get the access they need to serve clients effectively. You'll also support internal IT operations and assist with automation projects that improve efficiency across the organization. As one of the first LedgerGurus team members many clients interact with, you'll help create a positive first impression through clear communication, professionalism, and problem-solving.

Requirements

Comfortable working with clients, both in written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and project coordination skills
Desire and ability to improve processes and work without much oversight
3+ years in an IT related role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and its tools

Nice To Haves

Experience with workflow automation
Experience creating SOPs
Experience with internal training documentation
