About The Position

The IT Operations Manager oversees the company's day-to-day IT infrastructure, systems, security, and support operations. This role leads the IT team, manages vendors, and ensures reliable and secure technology services across corporate and manufacturing environments.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 7+ years of IT experience with 3+ years in an IT leadership/operations role.
• Strong knowledge of networking, infrastructure, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, cybersecurity, and endpoint management.
• Experience managing IT teams, vendors, and projects.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Nice To Haves

• Manufacturing/EMS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage IT infrastructure, networks, servers, cloud services, endpoints, and business applications.
• Lead and develop the IT operations/support team.
• Oversee system performance, troubleshooting, upgrades, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Manage cybersecurity controls, access management, patching, and security incidents.
• Establish IT policies, procedures, service levels, and operational standards.
• Manage IT vendors, contracts, budgets, and technology assets.
• Support ERP, manufacturing systems, and shop-floor technology as needed.
• Partner with business leaders to support IT projects and technology initiatives.
• Ensure IT operations meet security, compliance, and business continuity requirements.
