You will lead the day-to-day delivery of IT services across the organization, ensuring requests are properly prioritized, managed through defined processes, and delivered efficiently. In this role, you will oversee IT operations including helpdesk services, endpoint support, and operational processes that keep the business running. Working closely with the Sr. IT Manager, you will help bring structure, visibility, and accountability to IT service delivery while improving the overall employee support experience.
