Under limited supervision and direction of the IT Supervisor, Performs major IT functions; Responsible for planning, designing, development, optimization, documentation, maintenance, and performance of the State's IT environments. establishes procedures, guidelines and standards; performs related work as assigned. This position will be responsible for mentoring and guiding systems engineers with advanced problem resolution skills. The Office of the Chief Information Officer does not sponsor STEM or non-immigrant work visas for this position.
