Requirements

  • Graduate degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT operational role with a focus on business analysis and systems improvement.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to identify, evaluate, and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of data analysis, SQL, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with business analysis methodologies, process modeling, and IT troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of IT systems, operational processes, and systems improvement initiatives.
  • Familiarity with Robotic Process Automation (RPA), API integrations, and web-based applications.
  • Strong documentation and organizational skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business units and IT teams.
  • Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable solutions.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders while ensuring alignment between technology initiatives and business objectives.
  • Provide regular updates on project progress, system enhancements, and issue resolution efforts.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Analyze existing systems and processes to identify performance gaps, technical deficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation for requirements, process changes, and implemented solutions.
  • Partner with IT teams to design and implement solutions that improve system functionality and performance.
  • Support the diagnosis and resolution of technical issues to minimize operational disruptions.
  • Apply knowledge of Robotic Process Automation (RPA), APIs, and web applications when troubleshooting and implementing technology solutions.
  • Monitor ongoing system effectiveness and recommend improvements.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize IT systems and business processes.
  • Support technology initiatives that improve operational efficiency, user experience, and organizational effectiveness.
