About The Position

The Regional IT Manager will manage and supervise a team of IT Support technicians that serve the MO market in both Retail and Cultivation locations. In this role you will focus on incident management and service request fulfillments. You will be the primary contact for your region for all technical issues or projects.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain a state medical marijuana badge and pass a background check
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license are required

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 7+ years’ work experience in related field
  • Working technical knowledge of current protocols, operating systems, and standards
  • Ability to operate tools, components, and peripheral accessories

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a technical field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Acts as the initial point of contact for all computer and system related concerns from employees.
  • Be an escalation point that diagnoses problems to resolve calls on various supported computer hardware, software and operating systems.
  • Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user and network hardware, peripheral devices, printing/scanning devices, presentation equipment, software, and other products in order to deliver required desktop service levels.
  • Collaborates with other regional IT managers and VP of IT to ensure efficient operation of the organization's desktop computing environment.
  • Support development and implementation of new computer projects and new hardware installations.
  • Receives and responds to incoming calls, pages, and/or work orders regarding desktop problems.
  • 24/7 on-call rotation is mandatory.
  • If necessary, liaise with third-party support and PC equipment vendors.
  • Ensure your site locations in both retail and cultivation are within compliance of the state’s compliance rules/laws of cannabis while being the liaison between other support teams.
  • Perform related duties consistent with the scope and intent of the position.
