Requirements

5+ years' experience in a Service Delivery Operations role
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to engage with multiple stakeholders both within Client and in PSP teams including Senior Management
Experience of working in a heavily IT reliant manufacturing environment
Proven track record of successful delivery with Incident and Problem ownership
ITIL Foundation certification
Flexibility reflective of a 24/7 production environment
Excellent English language skills

Nice To Haves

Master's degree
Excellent local language skills where English is not the language
General knowledge of IT service delivery for applications, global hosting, end user computing and networking
Demonstrated experience in addressing and solving IT and business issues with suppliers and clients
