  • Excellent problem-solving and prioritization skills across competing, time-sensitive tasks
  • Service-oriented mindset with the ability to communicate clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Sound judgment evaluating new AI tools and vendors for security, privacy, and compliance risk before adoption
  • Working knowledge of SOC2 or similar compliance frameworks
  • Completion of an IT or Information Systems training program or a degree in Information Technology or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in a lead or managerial role in IT
  • Experience managing or piloting AI-powered IT tooling (e.g., AI helpdesk/ticketing assistants, AI-driven monitoring, LLM-based scripting or documentation tools)
  • Experience supporting SOC2 or similar compliance audits

Nice To Haves

  • Oversee MDM solutions (Jamf, Intune) to secure and manage a hybrid fleet of macOS and Windows endpoints.
  • Standardize and automate user lifecycle workflows to ensure zero-day productivity and secure, immediate offboarding.
  • Manage physical office networks, Wi-Fi, and AV infrastructure, including technical execution for major internal events (e.g., All Hands, CKO).
  • Manage hardware and software vendor relationships while maintaining a strict inventory of physical assets and software licenses.
  • Monitor SaaS utilization to eliminate redundant tools, optimize license tiers, and assist leadership with spend forecasting.
