COMPENSATION: The salary range for this position is $90k to $120k. Candidates may be asked to verify age at interview/onboarding.We are seeking an experienced IT Manager to serve as the on site resident technology leader for a new campus currently under construction in Pampa, Texas. This is a highly visible role responsible for establishing and operating all technology services for a large, residential environment supporting approximately 3,000 residents and 375 full time service staff, with additional transient visitors. This individual will own the end to end IT experience on site and act as the primary point of leadership, accountability, and escalation for all technology related matters. The IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing a broad technology footprint, including enterprise networking, Wi Fi, IP television, POS systems, access control and door lock systems, and end user computing (desktops and laptops). All business applications will be delivered via SaaS platforms. The role requires strong technical acumen combined with exceptional service orientation and operational leadership. This role is ideal for a leader who thrives in building and operating technology environments from the ground up and who is motivated by delivering exceptional service at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the site IT leader, accountable for availability, performance, and reliability of all technology services
  • Lead day to day IT operations across applications support, network infrastructure, Wi Fi, IP TV, POS, access control, and end user devices
  • Partner with internal teams, vendors, and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of technology services
  • Act as the primary escalation point for technology issues, driving to resolution with ownership
  • Establish and maintain a customer first service culture, delivering best in class support to residents and staff
  • Proactively identify risks, opportunities, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency
  • Oversee Support with geographically dispersed teams
  • Supervise other Aramark staff member, as and when needed
  • Ability to be hands on when needed
