About The Position

If you are looking for a dynamic role with a rapid growth company, we are hiring a Manager of Information Technology to support the technology environment based on key technology insights & a deep understanding of our business. The IT Manager builds collaborative effective relationships at every level and upholds the commitment to build processes while maintaining quality service in support of our values as the organization grows.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience working in IT operations, supervising technology teams, and overseeing information technology projects.
  • Excellent understanding of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and systems.
  • Possess strong ethics and the ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Experience working within a high growth organization.
  • Proven experience as IT director or similar role with prior supervisory experience.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the current IT team, with direct reports including FullStack Software Developers and technicians.
  • Develop organizations IT strategy (cloud, information systems, security, communication systems).
  • Analyze the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs; develop a roadmap to implement solutions based on company prioritization.
  • Function as a manager/leader/program manager/project manager/technical architect; a roll-up-your-sleeves type of leader.
  • Review technology requirements for client facing systems to ensure consistency of delivery and a cohesive solution architecture.
  • Maintain working relationships with vendors and third-party providers, ensuring contracts are kept up to date and cost maintenance strategies are assessed and analyzed on a periodic basis.
  • Purchase efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software; identify the need for upgrades, configurations or new systems and report to upper management.
  • Develop and implement business continuity protocols to minimize disruption to business operations in the event of emergency situations or data loss.
  • Responsible for all security and system admin functions for the company.
