About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
Proven experience in IT management or a similar leadership role
Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and cloud computing
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Effective communication and team leadership abilities
Project management experience and familiarity with ITIL or other frameworks
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

Master’s preferred
Relevant certifications such as CISSP, PMP, or Microsoft Certified are a plus
Knowledge and/or experience with GoHighLevel or Zoho CRM are a plus

Responsibilities

Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with organizational objectives
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the IT department
Maintain and improve the company’s IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and hardware
Ensure the security of all IT systems and data, implementing appropriate cybersecurity measures
Lead IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology deployments
Provide technical support and training to staff as needed
Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment
Monitor and optimize IT budgets and resource allocation
Stay current with emerging technology trends and recommend innovative solutions
