About The Position

We are seeking an experienced System Enablement Manager / IT Manager to lead enterprise system adoption and enablement initiatives across the organization. This role will focus heavily on Salesforce enablement, user adoption strategies, cross-functional collaboration, technical training & process optimization, and deployment support and governance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience leading enablement programs, managing teams, and driving successful system rollouts in enterprise environments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred OR 5+ years of combined experience in enablement, technical training, or related roles
  • 5+ years of progressive experience managing: People, Processes, Enterprise enablement initiatives
  • Strong experience with Salesforce ecosystem and user enablement strategies
  • Experience supporting enterprise-wide system rollouts and adoption initiatives
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage Enablement Support: Lead virtual and onsite enablement support teams. Support system deployments through: Training delivery, Readiness assessments, Hypercare support, Hands-on user guidance, Content development.
  • Drive Salesforce Adoption & User Enablement: Define and execute enterprise system enablement roadmap. Implement Salesforce-native tools including: In-App Guidance, Guidance Paths. Improve system compliance and user experience. Establish and track enablement KPIs.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration & Governance: Partner with business and technical stakeholders. Coordinate enablement efforts aligned with organizational initiatives. Establish governance processes for: Content lifecycle management, Change management, Release management, User communications.
  • Process Improvement & Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with business teams to align system enhancements with operational needs. Work closely with Salesforce development and release teams. Support smooth rollout of new system features and enhancements.
