This position offers the opportunity to work fully remote within the United States (except for Alaska and/or Hawaii). Team members who choose virtual / remote work should have an adequate space to serve as their home office, and must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours. This position will require employees to come on site to one of our St. Louis campus locations a few times per year for meetings/events or as needed.

Requirements

  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without a requirement for work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future
  • Must reside in the United States (does not include Alaska or Hawaii)
  • Must be able to work a schedule within U.S. Central Standard Time core business hours.
  • Must be committed to incorporating security into all decisions and daily job responsibilities
  • 4+ years of experience as a Sr Business Analyst, including working as part of a project team to coordinate activities of project phases, preferably in an IT environment
  • 3+ years of experience with Postman and/or SoapUI
  • Experience with Swagger tool
  • Experience leading medium to large-scale projects
  • Experience with task automation and process improvements
  • Experience writing technical documentation, including Functional Specification Documents (FSDs) preferably using Confluence
  • Experience using Jira, Confluence
  • Advanced knowledge and experience with APIs

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or related field preferred
  • Scrum certification
  • Experience using SQL
  • Experience in large-scale enterprise applications and processes

Responsibilities

  • Coordinates and facilitates meetings to define key capabilities and requirements that will enable stakeholders to define business strategy.
  • Leads the evaluation of business requests to determine feasibility; researches and identifies options; recommends solutions that best serve business needs.
  • Serves as the primary interface between our business partners and the IT team; presents formal presentations to end users, stakeholders, and management.
  • Leads structured walkthroughs of requirements with business and project team members.
  • Leads acceptance testing to ensure client/user needs are met. Presents information regarding enhancements and tracks and responds to questions from business and IT team members.
  • Identifies potential problems that may arise with new or enhanced applications; communicates how problems will affect business; recommends solutions.
  • Possesses extensive knowledge of the IT environment and broad knowledge of Enterprise’s lines of business.
  • Researches opportunities to minimize complexity by leveraging current IT investments and seeking out cost effective solutions.
  • Leads change management activities, including Q&A testing, troubleshooting, and investigation. Monitors task automation and implements process improvements; recommends enhancements that result in increase quality, efficiencies, and overall value to the IT organization.
  • Protects our customers, our employees, and our brands by incorporating security and compliance in all decisions and daily job responsibilities; follows security policies and procedures; continuously identifies and recommends opportunities for improving security
