About The Position

Pruitt Tool & Supply, Co. is currently seeking candidates for an IT Intern at our corporate offices in Fort Smith, AR. We are an API Q1 Quality Management Certified company and we manufacture/refurbish specialized drilling equipment used in the oil and gas industry. We are seeking candidates to work as part of the Information Technology Team providing IT support to users. Incumbent will provide technical support/repair for all users on PC's, printers, smart phones, software deployment, patches, etc. This support may be provided in person, via telephone or video conference, etc. Additional duties include running cables and phone lines, equipment repair on computers, printers, servers, scanners, etc.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in a hands-on technology role.
• Minimum of 3 months experience in a customer service or other assistance type role.
• Must be enrolled in college classes.
• Able to work approximately 20 hours a week during the school term.
• Pass a drug test as a condition of employment.
