IT Internship - Summer 2027

About The Position

Ryder is hiring an IT Intern for Summer 2027 to join its Technology Organization. Interns are assigned to a team based on their academic background, experience, and career interests, where they work alongside experienced professionals on innovative projects and develop technical skills. The program includes an executive speaker series, learning sessions, peer mentorship, Employee Business Network events, and a flexible work environment. Participants may gain early access to full-time roles after graduation. Opportunities may be available in Data & Analytics, Application Development/Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud & DevOps, Infrastructure and Operations, Technology Delivery, Change Enablement, Strategy and Governance, and IT Project Management. The internship is scheduled for June 1 through August 6, 2027, for 10 weeks. Remote and hybrid opportunities are available, with locations in Miami, Florida, and South Florida. Pay is $25 per hour. To be eligible, applicants must be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program, have completed at least their sophomore year, be legally permitted to work in the United States, and be located in South Florida. As of June 2026, applicants must meet these eligibility criteria. Prescreening is expected to begin in December, with interviews from January through March 2027.
