IT Internship - Summer 2027
About The Position
Ryder is hiring an IT Intern for Summer 2027 to join its Technology Organization. Interns will be placed on a team according to their academic background, experience, and career interests, and will work with experienced professionals on innovative, high-impact projects. The internship offers hands-on experience, opportunities to develop technical skills, and exposure to solutions supporting Ryder’s digital future. Traditional opportunity areas include Data & Analytics, Application Development/Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Cloud & DevOps, Infrastructure and Operations, Technology Delivery, Change Enablement, Strategy and Governance, and IT Project Management. The program includes an executive speaker series, learning sessions and peer mentorship, Employee Business Network events, a flexible work environment, and early access to full-time roles after graduation. The internship runs for 10 weeks, from June 1 through August 6, 2027. Remote and hybrid opportunities are available, with locations in Miami, Florida, and South Florida. Applicants must be located in South Florida.
Requirements
- As of June 2026, be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program.
- Have completed at least the sophomore year of study as of June 2026.
- Be legally permitted to work in the United States.
- Be located in South Florida.
Responsibilities
