About The Position

Responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and documents incident cases.

Requirements

• Pursuing an associates or bachelor’s in computer science.
• 1+ year of experience in an IT related field.
• Experience with Microsoft, VMWare & Cisco technologies.
• Basic Software developing skills
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills.
• User-oriented and good interpersonal skills.
• Understands all applicable location safety rules and regulations and makes sure that all are being followed.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware.
• Install computer peripherals for users.
• Repair computer hardware and software.
• Clean up computers.
• Run diagnostic programs to resolve problems.
• Follow up with customers to ensure the issue has been resolved.
• Gain feedback from customers about computer usage.
• Run reports to determine malfunctions that continue to occur.
• Other duties as assigned.
