Fenwick is excited to offer an internship opportunity in our Information Technology Department. We currently have internship openings across several areas of the department. Job Description: Interns may support work related to: Service Desk & AV Support (New York, NY): exposure to daily service desk operations, troubleshooting, conference room technology, AV support Solutions & Automation (Fenwick’s west coast offices): supporting AI prompting and workflow experimentation, helping teams use generative AI tools responsibly, and assisting with embedding security and confidentiality controls into processes Cybersecurity (Silicon Valley, CA): contributing to alert monitoring, incident response activities, and verification tasks. Technical Training (Silicon Valley, CA): assisting with digital learning projects and content creation for internal training resources. These openings provide broad experience across the IT function, offering hands-on learning with enterprise systems, operational workflows, and cross-team collaboration. The position offers a hybrid schedule, requiring at least one day on‑site per week in office, with the possibility of additional required in‑office days depending on business and client needs. This role is non-exempt and may be full-time or part-time, depending on availability and business needs. The internship is expected to run through summer 2026.
